No parties allowed unless approved. We’re happy to host low-key get-togethers. Gatherings are welcome as long as they stay within guest count, quiet hours, and the house rules. Visitors and vendors Please message us to approve any visitors, vendors, or photoshoots so we can coordinate and make sure everything runs smoothly. Approved visitors must follow all house rules. Unapproved visitors incur a $150 per guest fee. Noise and music No amplified speakers or loud outdoor music (large Bluetooth or plug-in speakers) that may disrupt our neighbors unless approved in advance. Small personal Bluetooth speakers are completely fine indoors and used respectfully. Smoking No smoking inside the home. A $500 cleaning fee applies if smoke or evidence of smoking is detected indoors. Security cameras Outdoor security cameras help us keep the property and our guests safe. They must remain plugged in and unobstructed. Tampering incurs a $1000 fee. Pets We’re not a pet-friendly property. Undeclared pets incur a $200 per night fee.  • Please avoid moving large furniture
 • Please avoid using adhesives, nails, or tape that could damage surfaces
 • Early check-in or late checkout must be approved in advance so we can prepare the home properly Property access The host may access the home at reasonable times for maintenance or repairs with notice, except in emergencies or when repairs are requested by the renter. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these house rules so we can prepare the home for the best possible stay.

The backyard is the designated area for outdoor smoking. A $500 cleaning fee applies if smoke or evidence of smoking is detected indoors, and a $250 fee applies for improper disposal of cigarette butts. ≫ Agreement: By booking this home, you acknowledge and agree to all house rules listed in the booking details. The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that everyone in their group and any approved visitors follow these rules.
